Fiat Sedici 1.9 JTD (2008) – Developed 120 to 186 bhp with torque 207 to 284 Lbft.
The 1.9 JTD 120bhp is the first incarnation of the Multijet engine.
Utilizing multiple injections per stroke, it pushed refinement and power levels to a new high at the time. With our software upgrade, we can achieve 186bhp and 284lbft torque which gives for superb performance.
The 120bhp variant, is in essence a 150bhp using the 8v head – detuned in the software. The majority of the power comes from the removal of limiters and the end result is achieved using only a 0.1 bar increase in boost pressure. Despite being a huge power improvement, it is a very safe and reliable upgrade.
We have developed this engine extensively and can provide more or less power than quoted.
